Advice on transactions (acquisitions, mergers, spin-offs, joint-ventures, legal due diligence, preliminary deals, sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements); commercial contracts (preparation, review, adaptation, negotiation and drafting of all types of commercial contracts); Corporate Law (incorporation and dissolution of companies, drafting of minutes, organisation of boards of directors and general meetings, statutory reforms, revocation and granting of powers of attorney, distribution of dividends, formulation and approval of annual accounts); Compliance (coordination of the development and implementation of regulatory compliance systems in commercial companies), Data Protection (review of data processing contracts and data protection clauses in commercial contracts).

Before joining BROSETA, she worked in organisations such as Marimón Abogados, Intertrust and Herbert Smith Freehills.


– Degree in Law and Diploma in Economic Law (DECO) from the University of Navarra (UNAV).

– Double Master’s Degree in Business Legal Practice and Access to the Legal Profession from Centro de Estudios Garrigues.
