BROSETA is participating in the course opening at the ICAV on Computer Law

As an echo of the maelstrom and transcendence that new technologies are taking in our society, the Bar Association of lawyers of Valencia (ICAV) is opening this new course on computer law which is renewed and applied to current trends. As head of this department, Eduard Chaveli, President, will be opening the course on 20th October at 7pm at the headquarters of the College.

The opening session will feature the presence of Laura Aliaga, Director of the Department of New Technologies at BROSETA lawyers, and a member of the department of computer law at the ICAV, whose speech will be on a topic of particular relevance today: the treatment of data and information on non-performing loans. In her speech, Laura Aliaga will address the legal aspects that must be taken into account to include data from late payment in capital asset and credit files (for example: ASNEF, RAI, etc.) and, in addition, the guarantees that debtors may be required to give when your personal or corporate reputation is affected illegally.
