EXPERIENCE
Commercial lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in advising on civil and commercial law (due diligence and advice on mergers and acquisitions, advice on real estate law – leases, sales and purchases, rights in rem, financing, sale & lease back, property management and other contracts related to real estate development).
Prior to her addition to BROSETA, she worked as a director in the legal department of Grant Thornton in Madrid, and before that as a senior associate at Garrigues.
EDUCATION
– Degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
