Lawyer specialising in real estate law.
Experience in advising on the acquisition of companies, including the preparation of due diligence reports, share deals and asset deals and other documentation required for these operations, as well as in the purchase and sale of real estate and the negotiation and drafting of all types of lease agreements.
Prior to joining BROSETA, he developed his professional career in organisations such as Ecija Law & Technology or Andersen Tax & Legal.
EDUCATION
– Degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
– Master’s Degree in Law and Master’s Degree in Sports Management & Legal Skills from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) – F.C. Barcelona.
