MORE THAN 250 PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY SEMINAR SPONSORED BY BROSETA
Many real estate experts gathered at the Conference entitled ‘Challenges and Opportunities in the Real Estate Market’ sponsored by BROSETA and organised by Valencia Plaza, which took place in the Bancaixa Foundation in Valencia.
The meeting was opened by the Councillor for infrastructure, Isabel Bonig. In her inaugural speech she stressed the importance of Valencia in the Spanish Real Estate market. Jaime Echegoyen, CEO of Sareb, in his first Conference since his appointment in Valencia, put in focus the role of Sareb in the brokerage and sale of Real Estate assets from bank restructuring. He also highlighted that the Valencia Community leads in the sale of real estate of SAREB, representing 17.5% of the operations that have been conducted in all Spain.
Manuel Broseta, President of BROSETA, wished to highlight, in his welcome speech, the important role that SAREB occupies in boosting the sector, using the instruments needed to promote sales. He also highlighted the work of the public administrations ‘ creating conditions ‘ that allow the work of all operators in the real estate market.
Subsequently, at the Roundtable, experts gathered to discuss the current and future situation of the real estate sector as well as the role of certain actors such as investment funds, financial institutions and SAREB. Carmen March, Partner of the Real Estate and Commercial Department of BROSETA, Augusto Monte, Director of the Territorial network of Solvia and Agnes Noguera, Chief Executive Officer of Libertas 7 also participated.
