Broseta Welcomes Cristóbal Martí as Tax Partner
Cristóbal brings over 30 years of experience in tax advisory for multinational corporations and family businesses
He joins from Deloitte Legal, where he served as Head of the Eastern Region (Valencia and Murcia)
Madrid, September 3, 2025 – Broseta strengthens its Tax Law department in the Valencia office with the addition of Cristóbal Martí as partner.
Cristóbal Martí has over 30 years of professional experience advising multinational companies and family businesses on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
The new partner comes from Deloitte Legal, where he spent nearly 13 years and held the position of Head of the Eastern Region (Valencia and Murcia). Throughout his career, he has also been part of firms such as Garrigues and Arthur Andersen.
Cristóbal holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the University of Valencia and a Master’s in Taxation from the Garrigues Study Center. He is also a regular speaker at forums and seminars on corporate taxation.
