For Rosa Vidal, managing partner of BROSETA, “the addition of a litigation lawyer of Jesús’ stature consolidates the strength of our team and boosts our service capacity in commercial litigation in sectors such as construction, finance, energy, services, venture capital, technology and family businesses. In addition, his track record as an arbitrator, together with that of the rest of the lawyers in the Firm who hold this status, also places us at the forefront in advising companies from the perspective of alternative dispute resolution methods”.
For his part, Jesús Giner considers his arrival at BROSETA “an exciting challenge that is also taking place at a transcendental time for companies from the point of view of dispute resolution, with an expansive period ahead of us in which this approach will be key to helping companies and organisations emerge stronger from the current situation”.
