EXPERIENCE
Between 2010 and 2018 he was at the law firm Vieira de Almeida & Associados, where he provided legal services in the areas of Public Law, Telecommunications and, mainly, Litigation and Arbitration.
Before joining BROSETA Portugal in early 2020, he was part of the Legal Department of Parpública – Participações Públicas SGPS, S.A.
EDUCATION
Graduate in Law and Master’s Degree in Administrative Law and Public Procurement from the Portuguese Catholic University.
Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since October 2014.
