EXPERIENCE
In the field of Energy and Environmental Law, he has experience in the drafting of legal notes and reports, in particular Due Diligence; supervision of the processing of the procedure for the operation of solar parks; pre-litigation and litigation advice, and litigation before the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, among others.
Prior to joining BROSETA, he did internships at Andersen legal services firm and at the 10th Court of Instruction in Valencia.
EDUCATION
– Law Degree from the University of Valencia.
– Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and International Business Law from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University.- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – School of Law and Government, Dublin City University.
