Degree in Law from the University of Deusto, with a Diploma in an Economic specialty; Bachelor of Laws, International and European Law from Van Tilburg University (The Netherlands); Master’s in Access to the Legal Profession and Master’s in the Law of the European Union from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
Lawyer specialising in advising national and international organisations on all types of commercial matters: contracting, due diligence, purchase of shares/ participations/assets, Corporate law, restructuring and reorganisation of business groups and management of subsidiaries and branches abroad, corporate operations and structural modifications.
Prior to BROSETA, she developed her professional career in firms such as De la Sota Abogados and Lener, as well as in the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations.
