(+) In the area of urban planning and development, we provide property developers with comprehensive advice on the entire process of land management: from a project’s legal viability to the definitive completion of the land distribution, negotiations with land owners affected by urban development projects and with the competent Authorities, the drafting of legal documents related to urban development, relations with the public registries and the coordination of the procedures required for the obtaining of the corresponding licences and authorisations for buildings and their intended uses.
Within the area of property development, we provide our clients with legal advice on the purchase of land, the preparation and negotiation of feasibility studies, and advice with respect to the legal and contractual obligations that the property development process entails (insurance, project design and contractors, subcontractors, sales to clients, etc.). Our Land Development department works in close coordination with our other legal departments involved in this type of project (tax, contracting, etc.).

Our lawyers have also assisted Public Administrations, beneficiaries and other affected parties in expropriation proceedings. Our work involves providing legal and economic advice for each project, searching registries and land registries in relation to the properties and rights in question, providing technical assistance in the preparation of deeds, minutes and records, the drafting of statements and the lodging of appeals.

- Drafting and processing of the Valencia Region Territorial Plan of Action for Wind Energy Parks.
- Drafting of the Territorial Plan of Action for the “Vinalopó Axis” area, developed by the Valencia Regional Government Ministry of Land and Housing.
- Drafting and preparation of the Valencia Region Natural Mineral Resources Regulation Plan (Ceramic Clay Subsection), developed by the Valencia Regional Government Ministry of Industry and Energy.
- Legal assistance to Gestor de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (Rail Infrastructures Management Body) in relation to the expropriation project for the new high-speed rail link to the East Coast area. - Specifically, the Elche-Murcia section, city of Murcia access subsection, affecting more than 1,000 buildings.
- Land Redistribution project concerning sections 27 SU-r and 28 SU-r and Execution Unit 84-r - covering an area of 100 hectares - of the Castellón General Plan.
- Urban planning advice for the Partial Santa Bárbara Plan in Burriana, regarding the preparation, planning, programming and management of the private development project covering an area of more than 300 hectares.
- Urban planning advice for the Mundo Ilusión project in Castellón, regarding the preparation, planning, programming and management of the private development project covering an area of approximately 1,500 hectares.
- Drafting and processing of a number of Special Development Plans for certain wind energy park areas as part of the Valencian Wind Energy Plan.
- Creation of a Special Infrastructures Plan for a leading electricity company in relation to the installation of an electricity distribution line between substations in the region.
