Broseta Abogados also has extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions operations, advising both Spanish and multinational clients on all kinds of operations involving to acquisition of majority or minority interest shares in Spanish companies. In this area, our lawyers are familiar with the design of the legal and tax structures that are most appropriate for each particular case, producing reports of legal and fiscal due diligence, working as a team with brokers and auditors, and negotiating agreements between shareholders.
