In the event that a businessman, having notified a disciplinary dismissal to a worker, has further knowledge of new contractual breaches by them (not reported in the letter of dismissal), we should ask ourselves if the businessman can expand the reasons for the dismissal once he/she has given the extinguishing notification to the employee, in that case a second letter of dismissal.
