Since the 31st of October 2011, of application to the processes of eviction, is the reform introduced by the 37/2011 law of October 19th, on measures to streamline the litigation. Law 37/2011 aims to speed up the processing of these kinds of proceedings that began with the approval of the 19/2009 Act of 23rd November.
