Lawyer Carmen March Ortí, Commercial and Real Estate Law specialist, has been named a Partner at BROSETA lawyers. March has developed much of her professional career in the firm, beginning in 1994. After a professional period devoted to the legal business between 1998 and 2005, where she headed the area legal department of telecommunications firm ONO and the Legal Department of the Valencian promoter EDIVAL, she then returned to BROSETA lawyers to join the Commercial Law team and has done "excellent work and formed a great team", in the opinion of the Head of the Commercial Law Department of the firm, Antonio J. Navarro.

Within her specialties, the new partner of BROSETA stands out in Commercial Contracts in general and in Real Estate. In addition she has worked very closely in the photovoltaic sector, advising companies and participating in operations of acquisition of solar farms. In corporate matters, Carmen March has been close to the governing bodies of companies and formed part of the Secretariat of several boards of Directors.

She has also headed operations of corporate restructuring and acquisitions of companies mainly by venture capital entities, as well as led negotiations and elaboration of parasocial agreements (agreement between significant shareholders). She also has experience in the service of various debt refinancing operations.

Carmen March Orti graduated in law from the University of Valencia, and has a postgraduate degree in Community Law from the Institute of European studies that teaches at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In addition, she undertook doctorate courses in Commercial Law at the University of Valencia, as well as various postgraduate studies at the Instituto de Empresa and Universidad Complutense in Madrid.

Also, this lawyer has written numerous papers on Real Estate Law, as well as in the field of Company Law, mainly on the occasion of the publication of the law 3/2009, of 3rd April, on changes to the structure of commercial companies, or Royal Decree legislative 1/2010, 2nd July, which approves the revised text of the Spanish Companies Law.
