Broseta Partner and Head of Litigation and Insolvency, Santiago Hurtado, has been selected as among the brightest young lawyers in Spain and Portugal in the 40 under Forty Awards from Iberian Lawyer. The Awards are presented to the 40 young lawyers adjudged to have most excelled in the business world. The 40 under Forty Awards are biennial, this being the third edition, with the selection jury composed of General Counsel and Heads of Legal at some of Spain and Portugal’s largest companies, Law School Deans and the Deans of the Madrid and Barcelona Bar Associations.
Hurtado also won one of two Outstanding Achievement Awards at the Ceremony held on September 22 in Barcelona. The Awards are among the most prestigious in the Iberian legal market. Manuel Broseta, Senior partner of BROSETA, was among the cohort of winners in the first edition of the Awards in 2007.
