(+) We have been involved in projects of all kinds in the urban development area, ranging from establishing commercial centres to consultancy services on projects with a high strategic relevance that demand exceptional and innovative approaches.  

We cover everything related to public property, which has a complex legal system subject to a different set of regulations according to the nature of each asset and the territorial scope of the Authority that owns it. It is, therefore, necessary to undertake a detailed analysis of the nature of the asset in question and of the regulation that governs the procedure, a study of any possible concessions and authorisations for the use or exploitation of the asset, the regulations covering the asset’s disposal and acquisition and the taxes and rates applicable to its use. Additionally, bearing in mind the public interests at stake and the legal and economic viability of the project in question, these functions must be accompanied by the ability to negotiate the final conditions of the project with the competent Public Authority on many occasions.

Mention must also be made of the vast experience accumulated by our team of lawyers in the procurement and financing of public infrastructures in general, and in transport and educational infrastructures and services in particular. Broseta Abogados has participated in some of the most significant infrastructure financing projects developed within the Valencia Region in recent years, both advising the Public Authorities with regard to project design and the preparation of contracts, and providing legal advize to the private sector (banks, construction companies and operators).
