Competition and EU law
The BROSETA Competition and EU Law team is comprised of a group of first-rate professionals of high standing at the domestic and international level.
The firm has experience in competition areas such as anti-competition agreements, abuse of dominant position, concentrations, State subsidies and claims for damages and losses.
Furthermore, the EU Competition and Law Division renders assistance to public administrations and companies that operate in numerous industrial and service sectors (automotive, chemical, aviation, Telecommunications, Media and Technology, credit institutions, etc.); offering its services in various aspects such as R+D, environment, training, regional, employment, guarantees, PPP, services of general interest, etc.
