The experience of BROSETA in this sphere covers legal counsel during arbitral proceedings whose administration has fallen to the Arbitral Courts of the greatest prestige in the country; specifically the Spanish Court of Arbitration attached to the High Council of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation (Corte Española de Arbitraje – Consejo Superior de Cámaras de Comercio Industria y Navegación), the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid (Corte de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Madrid), the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia (Corte de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Valencia) and CIMA.

Furthermore, the firm has experience in “ad hoc” arbitration, as well as in challenging awards by exercising action for annulment.
