Graduate in Law from the University of Valencia (1994-1999). Preparation for Public Exams for Notaries at the Academy of the Illustrious College of Notaries of Valencia (1999-2004). Master’s Degree in Employment Law, Centro de Estudios Garrigues Madrid (2004-2005). Has trained for her specialization in Civil and Commercial Mediation (2014) and Arbitration (2015).
She has developed her professional career in various national and international law firms. Since 2007 has been part of the Litigation and Bankruptcy Department of BROSETA, in which she currently works as a senior lawyer.
She has extensive experience in Civil Litigation, Commercial and Bankruptcy matters. She specialises in proceedings of Unfair Competition, Industrial Property, Responsibility of Administrators, Distribution and Agency Agreements, Contract and Tort liability, Quantum calculations, as well as in sectors such as Insurance and Pension Plans, Banking, Construction and Infrastructure.
She collaborates on a regular basis on publications, journals and economic journals and is co-author of the Essay on Unfair Competition by Francis Lefebvre.
Civil and Commercial mediator. Member of the Spanish Association of Expert Witnesses and Arbitral Mediators and of the Arbitration Court of Valencia.
She also teaches in several Universities and business schools.
